Following the directives of the relevant health and regulatory authorities, and in support of our commitment to our customers, and colleagues, we have taken the following precautionary measures to mitigate the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

Effective from, Monday, 23 March 2020, all our employees will be working remotely on a temporary basis while being accessible on all our current digital channels and contact points. We remain available to service all your requirements.

Contact Points: Your BDM/BDE and direct Gateway contact points will be in direct contact with you to clarify schedules and is available, as always, to answer any questions you may have by telephone and email. As we navigate through these alternate work arrangements during these unprecedented times, we request and appreciate your understanding and patience as some delays can be expected.
